المحمصة الهولندية الناشئة من قلب أمستردام – هذه هي DAK Coffee Roasters.لماذا "DAK"؟ معناها "السقف" باللغة الهولندية، وقد بدأت القصة في عام 2019 عندما كان لويس-فيليب بوشيه جالسًا على سطح منزله يحتسي كوبًا من القهوة، ومن تلك اللحظة وُلدت فكرة تأسيس محمصته الخاصة.ورغم أن المحمصة ما تزال في بداياتها، إلا أنها تنتج قهوة عالية الجودة بمهنية وشغف – تمامًا كما يعبّر شعارهم: "من المزرعة إلى الكوب، نفخر بالاحتفاء بالقهوة الفاخرة."بعد سنوات من العمل في مجالي التمويل ورأس المال الاستثماري، قرر لويس-فيليب اتخاذ خطوة جريئة وترك كل شيء خلفه ليتبع شغفه في عالم القهوة.وكما هو الحال مع النبيذ أو الجعة، يؤمن بأهمية اكتشاف التنوع الكبير في نكهات القهوة وفهم تعقيداتها.فلسفة القهوة:كان لويس-فيليب من الأشخاص الذين يضيفون الكثير من الكريمة والسكر إلى القهوة – حتى عاش في ميلانو وتعرّف على عالم الإسبريسو الإيطالي. ومن هناك بدأت رحلته لاكتشاف طرق التحضير المختلفة، ليتعلم أن لكل مشروب قهوة طابع خاص يستحق تحميصًا يبرز نكهاته الفريدة. Roasters.Why DAK? "Dak" means roof in Dutch. It all started in 2019 when Louis-Philippe Boucher was sitting on the roof of his home, sipping a cup of coffee. That very moment sparked the idea of starting his own roastery. Though still young, DAK is already producing professional, high-quality coffee roasted with love and passion – just as their motto says: "From farm to cup, we take great pride in celebrating quality coffee."After many years working in Finance and Venture Capital, Louis-Philippe made a bold move to leave it all behind and pursue his passion. Just like wine or beer, he wants people to explore and understand the wide spectrum and complexity of flavors coffee can offer.Coffee Philosophy:Louis-Philippe used to add lots of cream and sugar to his coffee – until he moved to Milan and was introduced to the world of Italian espresso. This experience ignited a journey of coffee discovery, helping him appreciate the many ways coffee can be brewed and enjoyed. He believes every coffee deserves a roast that brings out its best character.
